Exterior patios and walkways surrounding the north, east and south sides of the Outreach centre gives tenants and users many opportunities for social interaction in small or large groups.
Small patios are provided for tenants that can accommodate visitors, or a quiet place for private reflection.
PROJECT SCOPE
Small patios are provided for tenants that can accommodate visitors, or a quiet place for private reflection. Tree and shrub planting in combination with open green space give the outreach centre a home-like feeling with access to different sunlight exposures. The plant material is selected to provide visual interest and stimulation all year long using colour and texture.
PROJECT Solutions
Native and non-native drought tolerant tree and shrub planting and micro-clover lawn alternative that enhance the natural environment have been incorporated into the plan while maintaining the integrity and character of the surrounding residential uses.
